We are proud that all our shipments go through 2 levels of packaging and 2 levels of inspection before dispatch. The likelihood of damage is very small. However, in case there is any damage, here’s how you can get a replacement:

 Navya Stationers offers a replacement guarantee for all products ordered online. Products will be replaced only in case of a manufacturing defect or damage due to transportation. Replacement will not be made in cases of damage due to normal wear and tear, incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product, and negligence on part of the customer.

 If you are eligible for a replacement, you may notify us within 2 days from the date of delivery and ship the product back to us for a replacement.


We offer all our customers an easy return policy. Returns can be initiated in case of wrong, or damaged product(s) received. Wherein you can raise a return request of product(s) within 7 Business Days of receiving the order.

Provide us with your order ID and email an image of the products you wish to return. Unboxing / unpacking video is a must for concerns where items are missing in a package or order. Please note, if the seal of the product is tampered, no return, refund or replacement request will be entertained. 

We will schedule a return pick up within 2-4 business days. We will initiate the refund only if the products received by us are in their original packaging with their seals, labels and barcodes intact.
In case if the request is for a replacement, it is subject to the availability of the stock. In case a replacement is not available, we will refund the full amount to you.

In case of Cash on Delivery payments, the customer is supposed to pay Shipping charges for their order in case of return. 
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
